Recommended Use: Hunting/Skinning Knife and everyday carry (EDC).
Care Instructions: DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER! Hand wash only, oil weekly. Do not use as a pry bar or hammer.
Additional Notes: This was an experiment with tempering color left on 52100. After tempering you can expect it to have a certain "staw" color. Normally it is a fairly delicate colored finish and may be a little random. The knife came out with a perfectly uniform gold hue. It turned out to be durable enough to resist any scratches through the handle making process, so I decided to just keep it. The magic of 52100, or the lucky golden anomaly? A future goal with tempering 52100 is to consistently produce this gentleman's machined golden finish.
