Repair and Replacement Policy

If a blade is damaged during normal use, all pieces must be returned for inspection. Should the damage be found to be a manufacturing error, the damaged blade will be replaced at no charge. Should the damage be determined to be from misuse, a replacement may be offered for the cost of the components needing to be replaced.

Knives produced are hand-made. Each knife may have minor cosmetic defects, which are considered to be the individual character of the knife you have received.

Care Instructions

Carbon steel knives must be kept clean and oiled regularly to avoid surface corrosion. *DO NOT CLEAN IN DISH WASHER.* Must be 18 years or older to purchase.

Shipping

All products are shipped via the United States Postal Service or, if in the local area, may be delivered in person by TriStar Knives.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TriStar Knives be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or in any way related to the use, inability to use, or handling of TriStar Knives products. Whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

Even if TriStar Knives or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages, this exclusion shall be effective even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose. TriStar Knives is not liable for damage or injury sustained by knife under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property Policy

Knife design and any associated artwork is the intellectual property of TriStar Knives.
